The tour was super and we appreciate letting us change dates because I erred in enrolling. The guide wax able to speak all day with unbelievable facts.

We enjoyed the tour - some of the stops where a bit too long. Good Tour guide - good service especially for me as a mobility disabled guest.

Great tour! Our tour guide, Cody, was fun to tour with and very knowledgable, being a native Oahuian. We ad beautiful weather and nice folks on our bus. As a travel agent, I would highly recommend this tour to my clients and encourage them to include lunch, which was very good!

My group of 7 were all very happy with the tour. The driver was both entertaining and informative. We would highly recommend your company and tour package to friends and family.

First, I would like to commend our driver and guide Ben for making this trip so fun and enjoyable. All of the stops along the way were fantastic. My only advice is if I were going to do this again, I would skip the buffet lunch at the ranch. I wasn’t sure if this was the only lunch option and wanted to make sure I had a bite to eat. There were flies everywhere and the buffet was not spectacular at all. You were able to order food so I think that would be better to ensure flies weren’t hovering in your food. Very unsanitary. All in all, we enjoyed this. The temple was lovely and glad we got to see that. My husband enjoyed pineapple ice cream for the first time at the Dole Plantation. It’s a full day trip with lots of stops.

I never write negative reviews, because I am always pleaded by all activities,
but this one was not so good.
1. I was NOT picked up on my scheduled date on confirmed pick up time! The bus
left my pick up location 10 minutes (!!) prior to my pick up time! Without me!
Nobody called me, nobody texted me. I came to my pick up location at 8:40 and
saw a big bus with "Polynesian adventure" writing on it, but it was near other
hotel (it's next stop after mine), I even didn't guess that it was MY bus. My
pick up time was 8:50, I came at 8:40 and was waiting and waiting at my
location, I thought that my bus is delayed and will come for me in some minutes.
Later I began to call to office, but they didn't answer, there was just
answering machine. Hey, I am from abroad and every minute of your advertisement
by answering machine coasts huge sum of money!! Office manager answered only
after 10 a.m. and said that my bus left my location at 8:52. But that's not true
because at 8:40 bus was already at next stop after mine. They rebooked my tour
to the next day. Ok, thanks, that's better than nothing, BUT 1) I had other
plans for next day and hat to cancel them and to lose some money on it 2) I lost
1 day of my hawaiian vocation.
2. The tour itself turned out more SHOPPING tour than sightseeing tour. The only
interesting locations were Hanauma Bay lookout and Halona blowhole lookout. But
I could buy day pass for $5.50 and get there by city bus then to pay $100 for
tour. All other stops were just stops for shopping in souvenir shops and for
eating. I payed $100 for excursions but got just round trip transportation to
shops and restaurant. That’s not what I wanted to have.
3. The tour description on website is much more bright and interesting than tour
itself. Let's compare what we see at website and what we had in fact:
"This fully narrated tour takes you on a scenic 120 mile trip around the
beautiful island of Oahu including a visit to Hanauma Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the
Dole Plantation". -- NO visit to Hanauma Bay but just lookout from above.
NO visit to ranch but just stop to eat in a restaurant near it. NO visit to
plantation but just stop to visit souvenir shop near it
"Enjoy Diamond Head Road, a scenic drive along the slopes of Diamond Head
Crater. You will see some of Oahu's most prestigious homes in the Kahala area.
Marvel at the view from the lookout over Hanauma Bay, a Hawaiian Marine Preserve
(closed Tuesdays) then continue along the coastline to the famed Halona
Blowhole, Sandy Beach and Makapu'u Point". -- just two stops at Hanauma
Bay lookout and Halona Blowhole lookout. NO stops at Sandy Beach and Makapu'u
Point.
"Take in some of Oahu's most beautiful vistas over Windward Oahu from Nu'uanu
Pali Lookout". We reached Nu'uanu Pali Lookout just in the evening, it was cold,
windy and no sun.
"Visit Byodo-In Temple set amidst a picturesque mountain backdrop (admission
included)" - Ok, we visited it. But there is nothing interesting in visiting
temples if you are not religious or if you have other religion.
"The Kualoa Ranch legends and Legacy tour includes a scenic drive into the
Ko'olau Mountains to a spectacular lookout overlooking Chinaman's Hat and
Kaneohe Bay. A narrated tour of the history and legends of the ranch that will
give you a memorable experience" -- NO narrated tour but just stop for dinner at
the restaurant.
"See world famous North Shore surfing beaches such as Sunset, Banzai Pipeline
and Waimea Bay" - no stop here, just passed by in the bus.
"Visit Dole Plantation villages and discover the history of Hawaii's pineapple
industry. Stroll through Plantation Gardens with hundreds of varieties of
pineapples, plants and trees from around the world. Shop at the country store"
-- NO plantation gardens tour but just 20 minutes stop for visiting souvenir
shop. As well as TWO more stops in souvenir shops in other locations.
"Inclusions: Hotel pickup and return, professional narrated tour, Byodo-In
Temple admission, Kualoa Ranch Tram Ride and Dole Plantation Garden Tour" - NO
Kualoa Ranch Tram Ride and NO Dole Plantation Garden Tour. But totally 4 stops
for shopping and eating! I payed $100 for excursions but got just round trip
transportation to shops and restaurant. That’s not what I wanted to have for
that money.
