Dinner cruise or whale watch?

My wife unfortunately is both claustrophobic and can't swim. I want to show her the beautiful waters of the Big Island but a submarine or a snorkel excursion just won't work. I was thinking about a dinner cruise or a whale watch. Any suggestions?

A dinner cruise and a whale watch or a dolphin watch would be good choices. Also, just because she is on a snorkel boat does not mean she has to get into the water. She can enjoy the views right from the boat. Another great choice though might be a glass bottom boat where she would not have to swim or get wet but could still see the fish and coral formations.
