The Pacific Whale Foundation is a large Non-Profit organization that has many boats on Maui that go out to visit the marine life surrounding the islands. They usually have "naturalists" on board to educate the public about the many wonders of the sea. They offer many different types of tours such as its whale watches during whale season, dolphin watches, dinner cruises, snorkel trips to Lanai and to Molokini. One of the most unusual tours they offer is a snorkel trip to both Molokini and Lanai in the same day. You'll be able to see all that Molokini has to offer but then be able to visit the beautiful coastline of Lanai and in all likelihood run into dolphins along this coast line as well. They also offer a trip that just goes to Molokini and the area known as "Turtle Town" to visit the quantities of turtles found there.
The Pacific Whale Foundation is one of the main companies we have on island that goes out in search of the whales during the winter months. In addition, throughout the year they also offer boat tours to snorkel at Molokini, dolphin watches that look for dolphins and snorkel off the coast of Lanai and have rigid hull inflatable tours that visit the back side of Lanai.
