Our favorite boat trip for our friends and Ohana when they come to visit. We do it again and again!

All 6 of us really enjoyed all aspects of the tour. The food was good, the whales came out to greet us, the crew was both friendly and knowledgeable. Great time!
Summary: Nice crew, nice ship, so so food. Preferred our Trilogy Sunset Cocktail Cruise over this dinner cruise. You will have to run onto the boat and may get wet, so plan on having clothes that will may it easy for you to get on/off when a little wet (and you will have your shoes removed).
My wife and I returned from the road to Hana in the afternoon and got settled at KBH before heading out to right in front of the Hula Grill, along the beach where the reservation indicated we would be meeting up. We arrived a few minutes early and looked around. The check-in time came and went and still nobody appeared. We called the Teralani office and they told us that someone should already be there and that the boat should be visible, but we couldn't find it and nobody was around.
Eventually, the boat appeared and docked on the sands and a woman came out to check everyone in. She seemed a little frustrated, but remained patient as she collected vouchers and had everybody put their shoes into a container. She then lined everybody up into parallel lines and the ship returned for us to board. We ran on and found some tables on the lower deck for the safety briefing. Soon we were out at see with some drinks in our hands.
We had already been on two other whale watching excursions earlier in the trip so the whale watching that occurred on this tour wasn't something that particularly mattered to us, but the folks that were interested seemed pretty happy with what they saw. Meanwhile, my wife and I had some drinks and relaxed after a long day. The food was so so (Caesar salad, chicken, fish, ratatouille, brownies), but the crew were nice. The right back to shore was bumpy and wet, but overall it was a pretty nice experience.

We had THE best Maui experience in the history of Hawaii. Our sunset cruise was the highlight. Everything went smooth, th crew was amazingly friendly, everyone on board was joyous, the catamaran immaculate and the sunset picturesque beyond words as we sailed Stunned and completely happy with our experience
Great evening! The boat was beautiful, crew friendly and waited on us hand and foot. The food was wonderful and a lot of it!
Awesome time and a beautiful sunset! Love the Teralani!
The food was just OK, expected a little more of something going on other than
food and a sunset. We have been on many sunset dinner cruises and there is music
and dancing, this is not what we expected. Also you have to take your shoes off
to get on and off the boat because you basically have to run through the water
with a good chance of getting your shirts or skirt wet. Not ideal for 75 year
old parents, especially when they tell them to hurry up, go now and then tell
them to stop.
