This is the ultimate in luxury and romance for special occasions or just to treat yourself. Be pampered at the exclusive Captain's welcome reception on the top deck with a champagne greeting. Also enjoy a seasonally inspired 7 course french style dinner served at your own private table in the Art Deco Nova room. Enjoy 3 super premium bar cocktails plus live jazz entertainment. We offer an exclusive private limousine service, motor coach transportation or you may provide your own.
For our guests needing assistance with a wheelchair or walker please inform vendor at time of reservation so that you can be properly accommodated.
Add on Items for your consideration are the Celebration Plan - Enjoy window seating (up to 8 persons), private table and photo. Or the Reception Plan - Also window seating (up to 8 persons), private table, photo (per person), lei cake and bottle of Champagne. Operates: Daily except Friday: 5:30 to 8:00 pm.
Departure Point: Pier 8 at Port of Honolulu at Aloha Tower Marketplace located at 521 Ala Moana Blvd Honolulu, HI 96813 or select hotel and resort pick-up location per reservations. If traveling by Limo, pick up is at the Lagoon Tower, Great Lawn area.
Duration: 3 hours.
Equipment: Star of Honolulu a 232' 4 deck cruise ship.
Capacity: 1,500 passengers.

Fall Canapes:
Smoked Salmon with mustard and chive spread on Toast.
Prosciutto di Parma with Blue Cheese and Mascarpone.
Miso infused tofu salad on red Endive.

Soup and Salad:
Sweet Potato Mulligatawny Soup, a Sweet Potato Coconut Curry blend with purple rice and basil oil.
Big Island Goat Cheese and Beet Salad, a mix of wild arugula, Golden and Red Beets,
Goat Cheese with Cucumbers and a Lemon Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette.
Lobster
Air-Flown Live Butter Poached Maine Lobster with White bean, Butternut Squash and Kahuku Corn Ragout with Lobster Jus.

Pineapple Pinot Grigio Sorbet
Entree:
Prime Tenderloin of Beef with seared Foie Gras, Smoked Bacon Mushroom Medley,
Petite Potatoes and Broccoli Rabe with Cabernet Demi Glace and Beurre Rouge.

Roasted Apple Vol-Au-Vent with Chai Spiced Pumpkin Puree and Hawaiian Sea Salt Caramel Gelato.

Inclusions: 3 hours cruise with champagne greeting, 7-course dinner, 3 super premium beverages and performance.
Exclusions: Beverages available: Tropical drinks, beer, wine, champagne from $10.00 each; Soft drinks $5.00 each. Transportation available at $14.00 a person from Waikiki, $15.00 per person from the Sheraton Aloha Landing and $33.00 from Ko'olina. Self-parking fee at Aloha Tower Marketplace will be $3.00 every 30 minutes. Star of Honolulu will be happy to provide validation for a discounted parking fee for guests. Upon check-in at our Star of Honolulu Reservations Office, guests must present their parking ticket to receive validation. The discounted parking fee will be free for the first hour, $2.00 for the second hour and an additional $2.00 for the third hour. Every 30 minutes thereafter will be $3.00 (Parking will cost approximately $7-$10 for dinner cruises). Add-ons (Celebration and Reception Plan) are available for an additional cost per person.
Foreign Language Translation: There is no foreign language translation available.
Handicapped Accessible: Participants who use a walker can go on this tour. Participants who require a wheelchair can go on this tour.
Required Certifications: The participant is not required to have any certification or special license in order to participate.
Serves Alcohol: There is alcohol included or available for purchase with this activity.
What to Bring: It is recommended that you bring a camera with you. We suggest bringing your camera in a ziplock bag in case you need to protect it from the elements. Everyone must bring identification. We recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket. We recommend that everyone in your group brings sunglasses.
Restrictions: Aloha attire is required. This tour is not recommended for children (under 12). CANCEL POLICY: 48 hours, 72 hours groups of 10 or more. This means that once you're within 48 hours, or 72 hours respectively of the start time, the tour is non refundable. GROUPS EXTENDED POLICY: For groups of 10 or a 10% forfeiture will occur at 20 days and a 50% forfeiture will occur at 15 days. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 10% "cancellation fee" will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
