WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Our guide screamed at us most of the time. We had a group
of 7 and this was a first time experience for most of us. He was impatient and
unprepared. On our way back our guide chose a spot for us to jump off our kayak
and swim. He even showed us "a cool way" to jump off our kayak. We saw the water
and it looked shallow so we asked him if it was safe and he replied with "the
ocean tends to magnify things 4xs" so we trusted him. As we were all swimming
one of the girls in our group got stung by a sea urchin! He then turns around
and blames us because he told us "not to be swimming in that area" which was a
huge lie!!!!! We got back to shore and he didn't even have a first aid kit
claiming that he had just taken it out of his truck. He did know how to treat a
sea urchin sting but I think he was toooooo careless. As the vacation organizer
I was upset to see the group unsatisfied and frustrated this day.
