On Hawaii H1 Grand Circle Island - Polynesian Adventure Tours

Experience the best of the Big Island of Hawaii! A scenic excursion including everything from Kona coffee to black sand beaches, waterfalls, and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This narrated grand circle island tour kicks off with a sampling of rich & aromatic Kona coffee brews at the Royal Kona Coffee Mill & Museum. From there you’ll visit the Pu’uhonua O Honaunau National Park, wriggle your toes in the black sand at Punalu’u Black Sand Beach, and then visit the volcanic craters, steam vents, and lava fields of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Lunch is at the historic Volcano House Hotel, complete with magnificent caldera views within the National Park. You’ll then tour the Mauna Loa Macadamia Visitor Center, and conclude your day with photo ops at the stunning Rainbow Falls—
where rainbows frequently shine through the mist of the cascading falls.

Departure Point: This tour departs from Kona, west-side of Big Island only. Hotel and Resort pick-ups per reservation.
Duration: 10 to 12 hours, all day, with variable depending on west-side lodging location.

Restrictions:
Age Restrictions:
There is no age restriction however bringing infants or young toddlers is discouraged. This tour is an all day event and can be difficult on younger guests.
Clothing Restrictions:
Sturdy, covered walking shoes are required. Some hiking may be involved. Climates vary greatly so layers and light jacket or disposable ponchos are suggested.
Physical Health Restrictions:
Guest must be in generally good health with No medical conditions including heart, back or neck problems, recent surgeries, asthma or allergies affecting breathing.
ADA Restrictions:
Wheelchairs and Walkers are accommodated but vendor must know in advance. Guests will have an easier experience if they have others in their party to assist them in order to participate.
Cancellation Policy:

48 hours. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
Volcanoes National Park Restrictions:
This park is home to an active volcano. For safety reasons, depending on levels of activity, tour itineraries-routes-destinations locations may be altered to adhere to strict U.S.G.S. guidelines. Any modifications are designed to provide guests a similar tour experience. Active lava viewing cannot be guaranteed.
