Bill Lander
This is a real horse ride. If you really know how to ride, and have the ability to sit a horse for four hours do it. You will be glad you did. Our guide Gary knew the ranch history, and horses. In spite of the wind and rain we were repeatedly greeted with double and single rainbows every direction we looked. Our horse were sturdy and a bit frisky but this is not a nose to tail ride and was not meant to be. The time flew. If you want to get an idea of what the cowboy life and country was like this is the ride to take.

We had a nice 4h ride, horses were well trained and equipment provided was good. The only disappointment was about the opportunities to trot and canter (4-5 times on limited sections) and mostly walking. I was expecting more/longer canters based on the ride description (most opportunities for trot and canter for experienced riders)
