Zipline Safari - Kipu Falls - Outfitters Kauai
Enjoy a full day adventure to paddle, hike, swing, zip and ride. Take a fun downwind kayak trip on the Hule'ia River, a beautiful and historic jungle stream. After an easy 2 mile paddle, you'll tie your kayak to a tree and take a short walk to a gorgeous area of waterfalls and swimming holes. Next, jump onto a one-of-a-kind farm wagon for a fabulous trip across Kipu Ranch, made famous in films like Jurassic Park and Raiders of the Lost Ark. Your next stop will be the brand new Keko Kai zipline course. Enjoy a hearty picnic lunch, then marvel at the beauty as you traverse the lush rain forest on swinging bridges that float and sway in the tree tops above the wilderness floor. Ride the first of two brand new ziplines, landing you a short hike from the opening of a recently discovered tunnel through the jungle. Hike past giant tree ferns and you'll be face to face with the ride of a lifetime-- the new, impossibly long, tandem, center dismount zipline. Pair up with a friend and soar over a quarter of a mile above wild forest canopy for more than 90 seconds of thrilling flight. And if that wasn't enough, you can also have a go at the brand new Blue Pool and the unique Waterzip Zipline. This mountain stream-fed swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off from the day's adventure with cliff jumps and the super safe and super fun Waterzip Zipline. When you are cooled off and ready to go, walk down to the riverbank. Hop aboard, put your feet up, and relax as you ride back to the dock on a Hawaiian double hulled motorized canoe to cap off your day of wild adventure.

Our family had a great time. guides were great, lunch was good, scenery was wonderful. Those zip lines were a blast!
It would have been better to just rent kayaks and hike on our own. The zip line was alright but the day was dragged out with not much going on.
This trip was so much fun! My husband and I went the first week of March and the weather was very nice. We had a blast! I did get hurt, so I would not recommend using an oil based bug spray(hands slipped on a rope swing) but other than that it was an amazing experience!
Our trip to Kauai last week was beyond wonderful. We decided to do this tour in Tuesday and it was well worth it. We had Ben guide us on the Kayak trip and he was awesome, also telling us about the facts of the river. Once we finished the kayak tour we met up with 2 new crew member and they led us to the first swimming hole. Let me mention, this was anew experience for me. I usually am afraid to dip into unknown swimming holes but I thought to myself "I'll regret this once I leave here today if I don't get on that rope swing and jump in". The crew members were also very welcoming and made everyone excited about doing it. We then hiked through the forest to our "ride" where we were able to see the beautiful views of scenes from famous movies. We then were dropped off where they had our lunch ready and prepared for us, not to mention it was yummy and I loved that they considered wether anyone was vegetarian or not. After lunch, we put our zip line gear on and got started. The view from the zip lines were incredible and I loved even more that it was hands free so you didn't have to hold onto anything (which is optional). Once we finished both zip lines, we headed to another swimming hole to cool off. Hiked down about 15 minutes to where we dropped our kayaks off but we had a boat waiting to pick us up and take us back to the Kayak's hop. My best friend and I enjoyed this excursion VERY much. Also a big thanks to the EVERYONE in the crew, you were all incredible and so welcoming. (=
A fantastic adventure. This was our first time ziplining and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Starting out with a kayak ride up the river was nice and the guide (Frank) told us about the history of the area and the different trees and flora we saw. The hike through the forest to the biplane area was an easy trek and both Frank and Kelly kept us informed about what we were seeing. Ziplining was a blast! Safety was practiced throughout the day and especially with the zipline. If you get a chance to do this, do it with Outfitters Kauai. They (Frank, Kelly and Tristan) were the best!!
Excellent tour guides! Ben and Julio were fun, full of information and so helpful and safe throughout the trip!
