Positives...the coast was beautiful. Food was simple but good. Negatives... Crew . .commentary was limited There was little value at all..as far as entertainment. Waves were very rough. Many people joked about need for Dramamine. Customer Service was lacking. They shook our hands at the end but never asked what we thought. Couple with me gave it a 5 out of 10. There are better ways to spend $350.
My experience on this cruise was incredible. I had concerns to begin with as I have motion sickness issues. The waters were even rough, but I have never had such an unbelievable experience. The wildlife we were able to see was fascinating, the views were gorgeous, and the crew members were great. What a great way to spend our last night in Hawaii.
The crew was very friendly and humorous. Welcomed everyone and briefed on safety and cruising route. We saw the beautiful Napoli Coast, whales, turtles and dolphin. The capitaln was a great sailor and talked to everyone. The food was good and the sunset was awesome!!!!!
The sunset cruise was so much fun. Yes the seas were rough on the way up the coast but coming back was a lot smoother. We actually enjoyed the rough water as it was part of what made it an adventure on the cruise. Food was good but watch out for those Mai Tais! We still talk about our dinner cruise as on of the highlights of our stay in Kauai! We would do it again in a heartbeat!
Best tour experience on Kauai..we've gone on either snorkeling or dinner sails with Blue Dolphin every year for twenty one years now:always exciting and well worthwhile. Crews work hard wth great food, service and lots of Mai Taos! The Napali coast is aglorious adventure. Every time.BD simply does this the best!
A fabulous experience, saw spinner dolphins that played with the boat for a very long time, saw sea turtles and goats on the cliffs. A most highly recommended way to see the spectacular grandeur of the Napali coastline. The food was actually quite good, the salad was crisp and not over dressed, the meat tender and flavorful. The crew was so attentive and helpful and the captain was a delightful and informational tour guide. Our advice- Book It!!!! It is so worth it.
