Now you can view these coral formations and colorful tropical fish aboard the world's most technologically advanced 48- passenger submarine. Battery powered to protect the marine environment, the 65-foot submarine features a spacious, air-conditioned cabin with lots of head and leg room, and large viewing ports to enjoy the action - without getting wet.
Operates: Daily:10:00 am 11:30 am, 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm
Departure Point: Check in 30 minutes prior to tour time at the Atlantis Submarine ticket office on Ali'i Drive located across from the Kailua-Kona pier. Transportation available for additional cost from select hotels.
Duration: Actual underwater time of 45 minutes.
Equipment: 65' air-conditioned submarine with 26 large, 2 foot diameter side view ports and one extra large 53' front view port.
Capacity: 48 passengers.
Inclusions: Guided submarine dive - sightseeing tour
Exclusions: Transportation is available for an additional cost. Free public parking or special parking rate at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel ($2 for 4 hours instead of regular $6.50).
Restrictions: Children must be 36 inches of height or taller and all passengers must be physically capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder.
This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
Pride of America Cruise Ship: For Pride of America Cruise Ship passengers Tour company does not provide pick up. This tour can be reached via private transportation choices, taxi or car rental. Tour can be reserved Wednesday of your cruise ship schedule. Please ask agent if you have questions regarding transportation and tour/departure location. Book well in advance to assure availability.

So great! We had the best tour guide who made the trip not only educational but funny as well. My kids though it was so cool to see the wrecks and the grumpy fish that they felt was looking right at them. Totally doing this again!
