Seven line tandem zip - Awaken your adrenaline and curiosity as you fly over the West Maui Mountains via seven ziplines covering two miles of parallel cable lines! From the mountain outpost, you'll continue your ascent inside a Poloris Ranger "climbing" to the upper reaches of the adventure course. Experience the natural splendor of Maui from the exotic native forests to looking down at a 50-foot seasonal waterfall as you walk the longest suspension bridge in Hawaii! The new popular Seven Line Tour will be enhanced to provide an emphasis on cultural education and ecological interpretation. It also features the 360 foot bridge traverse experience and Polaris ATV ride. The Seven Line Tour will be the only tour that includes hiking. This tour includes water, Maui Gold Pineapple and Energy bar type snack with breathtaking panoramic views of three islands. Zip the tandem lines 1 thru 7 for a total of 9,750 feet of adventure.
Operates: Daily at 8:30 am or 1:30 pm with a check in 30 minutes prior to start time.
Departure Point: 500 Office Road, Kapalua.
Duration: 3 hours and 35 minutes.
Equipment: Extra comfortable nylon rip-stop swing harnesses and helmets.
Capacity: Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 10 guest at a time.

Inclusions: Guide, all necessary safety gear, pineapple slices and stainless steel souvenir bottle. Zip the tandem lines 1 thru 7 for a total of 9,750 feet of ziplining.
Exclusions: Must wear closed toed and heeled shoes.
Restrictions: Age Restrictions: Minimum age to participate is 10 years old. Must be 4' tall to participate. Adults must accompany minors from ages 10-14. Minors ages 15-17 can zipline alone but MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver. Weight Restrictions: Guests must weigh between 60 lbs. and 250 lbs. Weigh-ins are mandatory and refunds are not given if you do not fall into this weight range. Physical Health Restrictions: Guest must be in generally good health, be able to hike uphill on uneven terrain for up to 1 mile, walk up at least 4 flights of stairs and stand under own power for up to 4 hours. Guests cannot be pregnant or have any injuries that have not healed or for which the participant's primary physician has not released the participant from medical care. Must not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. Participant must not have undergone any surgical procedures in the last twelve (12) months that would prohibit them from being compliant with any requirement or guidelines listed. Required Liability Release Form: Forms available on site; a parent or legal guardian must sign the release for guests under the age of 18. Cancellation Policy:
48 hours. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
Pride of America Cruise Ship: For Pride of America Cruise Ship passengers Tour company does not provide pick up. This tour can be reached via private transportation choices, taxi or car rental. Tour can be reserved Sunday of your cruise ship schedule. Please ask agent if you have questions regarding transportation and tour/departure location. Book well in advance to assure availability.

Everyone in our family had a great time on the 7 line zip course. The views were gorgeous. Our guides were friendly and professional, and I felt safe the entire time. One thing that no one mentioned in the reviews that we read was how much hiking was required to get to the top of the course. This was not a problem for us, but I can see how it would be for those who do not exercise regularly.

No one in our party of 6 had ever zip lined and we all had a great time. We liked the hiking up the trails and all of the beautiful scenery. The time it takes to actually zip down a line is a lot faster than we thought it would be, so we were glad that we did several lines. Johnny, our guide was great and full of information about the area.

Great experience and views. The staff were all extremely personable and kind. The zip lining was extremely safe and many precautionary measures were taken. Personally, I am a thrill seeker so I was hoping for more— for example, being able to twist on the zip line.
