Stand up paddling is the newest trend. Learning to paddle surf is one of those things that will stick with you long after your vacation is over. Quit being a spectator and become part of the action. Learn to paddle surf on Mau's popular Ka'anapali Beach with patient and knowledgeable local instructors who will guide you on your journey. Includes half an hour for a beach lesson, a one hour tour and half an hour of free time to enjoy your new sport.
Operates: Daily at 8:00am, 11:00am and 2:00pm.
Departure Point: at the the Beach Booth located on the "Lahaina Side" of Leilani's Restaurant at Whaler's Village.
Duration: 2 hours.
Equipment: All lessons include paddle, boards, rash guards, and reef shoes.
Capacity: 3 students per instructor.
Inclusions: All lessons include paddle, boards, rash guards, and reef shoes.
Restrictions: Students must be good swimmers. The minimum age to participate in this activity is 10 years old.
This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
Pride of America Cruise Ship: Island Style Adventures Surf School will not pick up passengers at the cruise ship dock. These surfing lessons can be reached via a taxi or Tom Barefoot's Tours could arrange for a rental car shuttle to pick you up directly at the dock. This surf tour can be organized for the Sunday or Monday of your cruise schedule.
