We had a small group on the day of our reservation. Only three canoes plus our tour guide. He was nice but it seemed like he was anxious to get out of there. A few times my husband needed to stop and the guide was long gone, thankfully we were able to find our way back from the land hike.

A small group of 6. The trip was everything we wanted. The guide was patient, and listened to feedback and adjusted. The kayaking was pleasant and the hike was beautiful.

I do not recommend this tour!! 1st off - Eat before you go as there is no deli lunch as advertised. The cooler that they provide hold a six pack at the most. The waterproof bags do not have patches to close and therefore are not waterproof. The guide we had acted put out by us all day. He arrived at the falls, did not tell us how long we had, later up on a rock and then packed up and walked past us to leave without telling us it was time to go. He hiked off and never looked back. I fell on the return trip and the guide and the rest of the group was too far off to notice. He never turned around to see if we wereanywhere around. I would not suggest wearing any kind of shoes or clothes that you want to keep as the hike is more like a mile and a half both ways and includes walking through the river three times. One area was waist deep. When you finish the kayaking you get to put the kayaks and equipment on the trailer. Don’t do this tour unless you are ready to do everything on your own.
