Exclusions: Gratuities are not included.
Restrictions: This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.

The service was friendly and good at their jobs.

The massages were FANTASTIC, but the schedulers could use some work. We
scheduled a couple's massage and weren't informed until the day before that they
had booked us back-to-back rather than having our massages at the same time.
This would have been very awkward for us and kind of defeats the purpose of a
couple's massage, but luckily our travel agent took care of it and managed to
get us rescheduled so we could get massages together. The massages themselves
were amazing.
