Restrictions: Participants with a total body weight of 270 lbs or more are not permitted on this activity. Total maximum combined passenger weight not to exceed 600 lbs. Children must be at least 7 years of age and a minimum weight of 40 lbs is recommended. There is the possibility of motion sickness on this activity. You must have a photo ID for check in. Wear long pants and have all cameras on a wrist strap or neck strap, long hair should be tied back and bring a jacket when flying with the doors off. Earrings should be removed for comfort when wearing headset. Tour sites are weather dependent.This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.Pride of America Cruise Ship: Mauna Loa Helicopters will not pick you up directly at the cruise ship pier but will pick you up a short five minute walk at the Harbor Mall. Our 60 min private island tour with Mauna Loa Helicopters was fantastic! Not only did we see the beautiful island Kauai but we were able to enjoy it with the experienced pilot Guy who showed and explained everything to us in great detail. This was a fantastic tour with phenomenal island views? The pilot provided great local knowledge about everything from the geology to the coffee farms. We went with the doors off, and the views were spectacular. We would recommend a light meal and motion sickness medication if you are sensitive. At times the flight can be a little bumpy due to the nature of the terrain and wind patterns.
