Select Preferred seating where guests have a "no wait" status at the group entrance, receive an orchid lei and a Mai Tai greeting. Tables are in the 2nd row to the stage and center for excellent viewing. Preferred seating guests are 2nd to the buffet before general seating. There is a hosted bar for the adults. Come and enjoy a Polynesian feast at the beautiful grounds of Maui's Hyatt Regency. This Polynesian journey will feature the songs and dances of Hawaiian, Samoan, Tahitian, Fijian, Tongan and Maori cultures, including a thrilling fire knife finale. Enjoy an all you can eat buffet and an open bar. For guests needing assistance with a wheelchair or walker please inform agent at time of reservation so that you can be properly accommodated.

Operates: Daily Check-in and Doors Open at 5:00 p.m. Show starts approximately 5:30 pm after seating. Special shows and times for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
Departure Point: Located at the Sunset Terrace in the Napili Gardens of the Hyatt Regency Maui on Ka'anapali Beach.
Duration: 3 hours.
Equipment: Hawaiian imu (oven).
Capacity: 400 guests.
Menu

Entrees

Imu Kalua pork, Huli Huli chicken, Macadamia Nut Crusted Island Fish.
Sides

Polynesian Fried Rice, Makamaka Vegetables, Molokai Purple Sweet Potato, Taro and Leaf with Coconut Milk, Soba Noodle Salad, Namasu of Maui Onions, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Cucumbers and Carrots, Fresh sliced Tropical Fruits.
Wide variety of gluten, dairy and nut free options are available.
Beverages

Tropical punch, Fruit juices and sodas.
For guests 21 and over, open bar features mai tais, beer, wine, and standard cocktails.
Keiki Menu

Penne Marinara and Chicken Nuggets.

Set on a lower table for the keiki to help themselves.
Desserts
Creamed Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownie, Coconut Haupia with Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Upside Down Cake and house made Bread Pudding.

Inclusions: Luau Show, Mai Tai Greeting, Handwoven Ti Leaf Lei, 2nd row center Seating, Buffet Dinner, beverages and hosted open bar.
Exclusions: Photos will be taken upon arrival and are available for purchase after the luau. Valet parking at the hotel is available for $10.

Handicapped Accessible: Participants who use a walker can go on this tour. Participants who require a wheelchair can go on this tour.

This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.

We thought that the performance was great. We found the food to be average. We appreciated that there were gluten and dairy free options available.

As the pork was the only protein we could eat we found it watery, very underwhelming and tasteless. It would have been nice if the fish had been baked or grilled without breading so that it could have also been enjoyed.

We enjoyed the luau very much! It was well organized, the food was delicious. They had the buffet labeled to make it easy to select food for those with dietary concerns (Gluten Free and Vegetarian). The entertainment was fantastic. An excellent luau experience.
