U.S. citizens must present a current government issued pictured ID and international visitors are required to have a valid passport. Incorrect spelling of names, missing middle names or initials and wrong birthdates could result in additional airline change fees and/or denied boarding. No refunds can be made on any portion of the tour due to non-compliance of these federal regulations. Tours packaged with airlines are non-refundable. Partial refunds and reschedules are not permitted.

Departure Airport Restrictions:

Guest must arrive at Departure airport 1 hour prior to flight departure. Guests need to also check in for their return flight upon morning check in. Flight schedules are subject to change (Hawaiian Air flights are usually not direct and must go through Honolulu).

Volcanoes National Park Restrictions:
This park is home to an active volcano. For safety reasons, depending on levels of activity, tour itineraries-routes-destinations locations may be altered to adhere to strict U.S.G.S. guidelines. Any modifications are designed to provide guests a similar tour experience.
Viewing of active lava is not guaranteed, there are times no flow is occurring.
Volcanic fumes (VOG) are hazardous to your health. Persons with breathing and heart difficulties, pregnant women, infants, and young children are especially at risk should not consider this tour to avoid potential health problems from exposure to fumes. Please check with your doctor about your restrictions and let him/her know what the itinerary of the tour is. All passengers are required to sign a release of liability form.

ADA Restrictions:
Collapsible walkers are accommodated and need to be confirmed on a case by case basis. Guests must be able to maneuver transfers in and out of the vehicle and may want others in their party to assist them.

Tour Bus Policies:

Aloha Sunshine Tours is not responsible for valuables left on the bus. Food and beverages are not permitted on the bus, bottled water only. No room for suitcases or large bags.
