The evening begins with a conch shell call, tiki torch lighting ceremony, a warm welcome by the show emcee and a kahiko chant. Performances feature Tahitian, Tongan, Maori, Fijian and Samoan dancing, hula, the Hawaiian wedding song and a fire knife dance. For guests needing assistance with a wheelchair or walker please inform agent at time of reservation so that you can be properly accommodated.

Lomi lomi salmon, pipikaula (jerk Hawaiian beef), poke, cucumber seaweed salad, Kula island greens, Hawaiian style potato macaroni salad, Maui gold pineapple, island poi, kalua pua'a (slow roasted pork), huli huli chicken, steamed i'a (fish), Paia dry mein noodles and Moloka'i sweet potatoes.
Hawaiian sweet bread pudding, pineapple upside down cake, lilikoi cheesecake, chocolate chantilly cake, and haupia (coconut pudding).
Guests with strict dietary allergies or needs can be accommodated by special prior request.

Groups and Corporate Events: This activity will accommodate large groups and corporate events.
Handicapped Accessible: Participants who use a walker can go on this tour. Participants who require a wheelchair can go on this tour.

Maximum Capacity: This activity has a maximum capacity of two-hundred and one to five-hundred people.
Pride of America Cruise Ship Compatible: To Successfully attend these activities from a cruise ship, a rental vehicle or taxi is required.
Required Certifications: The participant is not required to have any certification or special license in order to participate.
Serves Alcohol: There is alcohol included or available for purchase with this activity.
Restrictions: Holiday rate applies for adults only. Check with agent to confirm which holidays apply. This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable and standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.

ADA Restrictions:
Wheelchairs and Walkers are available but vendor restrictions will need to be confirmed on a case by case basis. Often wheelchairs need to be left behind and guests must be able to maneuver transfers to the aircraft. Guests will be advised if they must have others in their party to assist them in order to participate. Agent will assist you at the time of booking.
Pride of America Cruise Ship: For Pride of America Cruise Ship passengers Tour company does not provide pick up. This tour can be reached via private transportation choices, taxi or car rental. Tour can be reserved Sunday of your cruise ship schedule. Please ask agent if you have questions regarding transportation and tour/departure location. Book well in advance to assure availability.

The fire show was fun however the food selection was not up to par. After
spending that much money  we expected to have more of a selection of food
to include fish. The fish the served was catfish, which is a bottom feeder and
we can’t not eat.
