From Waikiki, your professional nature guide will shuttle you by van to their own private 75 acre property in Manoa Valley. Guests will be issued trail snacks and a water bottle with optional rubber boots and a rain jacket. Enjoy a narrated nature hike approximately 2 miles round-trip along a jungle stream with mountain pools to either the Manoa or Ko'Olau waterfalls! The hike back is over a bamboo trail, viewing the many tropical plants, flowers and trees. After the hike a shuttle will take you to the top of Pu'u Ohia (Tantalus) where you'll be outfitted with a KHS cruiser bike and Bell helmet. After safety instructions and a few practice laps, descend the 5 mile paved jungle road. There is a stop halfway down at Manoa Lookout for pictures, narrative and a delicious deli style lunch. Once you return to the grassy park at the bottom there is a quick drive to Kewalo to board the catamaran. Relax and unwind as you sail off towards Waikiki and Diamond Head. Swim or snorkel when weather permits. All the necessary gear is provided. The return to Waikiki is by van.

Waterfall Hike: Under 2-miles r/t to a 150ft. Manoa Falls M,W,F and a 30ft. Ko’olau waterfall on T,TH,SA.
Sail Route: Depart Kewalo Basin at 3pm. Enjoyable sail offshore Waikiki and Diamond Head with optional
swim/snorkel (weather dependent). Learn about Oahu’s fragile reef and under water eco-system
from our knowledgeable nature guides. Fabulous views of the Waikiki ahupua’a (Manoa Valley,
Pu‘u ‘Ohia. Pu‘u ‘Ualaka‘a, Pu‘u Kakea and Waikiki Beach)

Operates: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (September-May). Daily except Sunday (June-August). Tour times vary agent will confirm.
Departure Point: Pick up from most hotels in the Waikiki area. Please be there 15 minutes prior to your pick up time. Departs Kewalo Basin
Duration: Approximately 8 hours.
Equipment: Air conditioned adventure vans, KHS mountain cruiser bikes with front suspension, Bell helmets, 40' Sailing Catamaran with two on-board restrooms, Bose stereo sound system.
Capacity: 28 passengers on the catamaran, and 15 passengers per van.
Your choice of a turkey, roast beef, ham or veggie sandwich with chips, cookies and a cold beverage.

Inclusions: Guide, Trail snacks, bottled water, deli lunch, all safety and necessary snorkel gear.

Restrictions: BIKE TOURS: Maximum weight for bike tour is 250 pounds (114 kilos) and kids tag-a-long trailer 85 pounds (38 kilos). For your safety and well being of others, all riders must know how to ride a bike to participate in our bike tours. We conduct a safety briefing and test ride before each tour. If you are unable to demonstrate ability to safely ride, you will be asked to ride in the van or stay back and wait until tour is finished. No refund will be offered. The minimum age to participate in this activity is 5 years old. Guests must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in this activity. Guests must be able to ride a bike and hike 2 miles over moderate, uneven terrain. Riders must be at least 4 feet tall. Tag-a-long trailer riders must be at least 3 feet and 5 inches tall and be able to demonstrate riding ability. Please wear closed-toe shoes suitable for biking with good traction for dirt or mud, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat or visor. Bring a camera, a towel, spare clothing and extra socks in case of wet or muddy riding conditions. The sail may be postponed or cancelled due to weather. This tour has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that once you're within 48 hours of the start time, the tour is non refundable. If you choose to cancel before this time, the standard 3% cancellation fee will apply. If the vendor needs to cancel your tour because of weather, a mechanical issue or any other reason you will receive a 100% refund of the price you paid.
