Paddling a kayak up the still waters of the Wailua River on Kauai is a must do travelers that enjoy being outdoors. The trip consists of a paddle that is about two miles each way (four miles total) and a hike that is about a mile and a half each way (three miles round trip). Rain is always a possibility and the trail is often muddy but it is well worth it once you make it to the Secret Falls.
