The Surf Bus provides a way for you to be able to visit these beaches in a leisurely fashion guided by "long time" locals and also participate in additional activities that the North Shore is famous for. You can learn to surf, snorkel, hike, bike, swim in a waterfall, kayak or just "hang" on the beach. You'll be taken to a great place to buy "grinds" at one of the popular restaurants in Haleiwa as well. Description: Bus tour includes pick up and return from Waikiki and a Hawaiian History Lesson by certified local guides along the way. Some of the most beautiful sights Hawaii has to offer in the deep cool blue waters of the Pacific are here on the North Shore. This stretch of beaches, better known as the "seven mile miracle" has been rated by the Travel Channel as # 2 of Hawaii's top 10. During the winter months (November-February) the North Shore produces monstrous waves reaching heights of 40 feet and higher attracting 2 million plus visitors. During summer time, the North Shore beaches are the most pristine and calm waters on the island. View Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles at Turtle Beach - a must see - and then enjoy an hour and a half, no host lunch stop in Haleiwa Town with time to explore its quaint art galleries, shave ice stands and hip shops housed in plantation-era buildings. Should you want to experience snorkeling, kayak or bike riding, or see Waimea Falls Park items can be rented on the bus for a $12.50 fee.*

The Surf Bus - Perhaps you’ve heard about Oahu’s famous North Shore. These beautiful white sand beaches are known to have some of the largest surf breaks in the world which include Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach. The Surf Bus gives you a tour of this famous coastline and then lets you off on your own to enjoy the coast in the way you prefer. You can hike, bike, kayak, swim, snorkel or simply sun bathe. This is an interesting way to spend the day on the North Shore and experience one of the most famous coastlines in Hawaii.
