Star of Honolulu
The Star of Honolulu offers sunset cruises which provide dinner on what is certainly the very largest boat in all of Honolulu. The Star of Honolulu is two-hundred and thirty-two feet long and holds fifteen hundred people on four separate decks. Each one of the decks actually provides a different class of service on its sunset cruises. Whichever deck you are on will become your deck for the evening and each of them provides walkway areas on the perimeters that will allow you to go outside for some fresh air and take in the fantastic sunset views of Honolulu, Waikiki and Diamond Head. At the very top of the boat is offered what the Star of Honolulu calls its Five Star Dinner. This will include a seven-course French style dinner with live jazz performed by Honolulu's finest instrumentalists. This is a package that you might want to consider for that special occasion. Slacks are required for gentleman and coats are not required but recommended. The Three Star Cruise is found on the next level down and features a five-course dinner with lobster and steak and a dinner show featuring the largest "on water" show in Honolulu which is called "My Hawaii-Lei of Memories". The Star Sunset Dinner comes next with the same show and a crab and steak meal and for those that prefer a bit more of a Hawaiian flavor the Hawaiian Style Evening offers a three course dinner serving either Mahi-mahi or chicken. Drinks are provided in varying proportions on all the above cruises. You can also arrange for pick-up and return to your Waikiki hotel with the Star of Honolulu.
