Oahu Hike Tours and Hiking Activities
Nature hike tours, hiking trips, hike eco-tours, waterfall hikes: these tours and activities are all among the list of tours and activities that most people don't associate with the island of Oahu.
Hiking is one of the most beautiful and worthwhile adventures that Oahu has to offer.
The island of Oahu is the second oldest of the major Hawaiian Islands and therefore the volcanos are extinct. The huge amount of rainfall in portions of Oahu gives the island many carved and chiseled features along with beautiful forests, valleys and gorgeous foliage. This provides the perfect environment of hiking trails for hike trips, nature hike tours and hiking eco-tours of all varieties.

Hiking in Oahu - Did you realize that there were over eighty separate hiking trails covering Oahu and some of the most interesting can be visited by our wonderful hiking companies on the island. The island once stood at a spectacular height of 10,000 ft. but is now in the three to four thousand ft range on both of its existing parallel mountain ranges called the Koolau Range and the Waianae Range. The Waianae Range is much older and much dryer. The Koolau's are perhaps a bit more interesting for a hike because of their lush and forested topography. Many of the hikes offered are short, in the couple of mile range but others can be quite challenging and require eight to ten miles of serious hiking.
