Located on a private 350 acre ranch overlooking the beautiful Waimea Valley on Oahu's North Shore is Happy Trails Hawaii. Here at Happy Trails Hawaii, first time and experienced riders alike are matched with a horse equal to their experience level and enjoy lush panoramic ocean and mountain views. Since Happy Trails will take youngsters as young as six this makes for a very special outing for the children in your family. Horsemanship instruction is provided on all rides. The Happy Trails Hawaii Ranch is located up on the famous North Shore of Oahu and so a visit here could dovetail very easily with a visit to see where some of the biggest surf in the world is to be found and the beautiful Waimea Valley is just around the corner as well. Horseback Ride 1.5 Hour - Happy Trails Hawaii

Description: Embark on an intimate trail ride through 350 acres of private ranch land overlooking Waimea Valley on Oahu's North Shore. First time and experienced riders alike are matched with a horse equal to their experience level and enjoy lush panoramic ocean and mountain views. The trip is approximately one and a half hours in length.*
Operates: Daily from March 15th to Sept 19 at11:30am and 3:30pm. From September 20 to March 14th at 12:30pm and 2:30pm. The late afternoon ride may be a two-hour ride by request.
Departure Point: Located at 59-231 Pupukea Road, Oahu
Duration: 1.5 hours
Equipment: Well trained and groomed horses.
Capacity: Small Groups of 6 to 10 riders per tour.
Inclusions: Mini riding lesson, safety briefing, tack adjustment, mount/dismount and 1.5 hours of riding.

*Restrictions: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. Riders must be at least 6 years of age. Weight limit is 235 lbs. Wear close toed shoes and long pants are recommended. Guests must be present for horsemanship briefings, approximately 10-15 minutes in duration, to be permitted to horseback ride.
