Bob's Hawaii Adventure
A "Breathing Observation Bubble" (B.O.B.) may sound like something you might need in the intensive care unit of your nearest hospital but in reality it is a type of helmet that you put over your head and breathe through as you travel through water about 20' in depth on a form of underwater scooter and enjoy the underwater sites. These tours take place out of the Koko Marina near Hawaii Kai and have you down under the water for about twenty minutes. These diving tours are definitely very different and fun. You will be accompanied by a certified dive master at all times and you will also have an opportunity to do some snorkeling as well.
Description: After the initial 30 minute briefing on equipment and safety, customers will board the shuttle vessel and sail out to Maunalua Bay to receive a final briefing and familiarization of the BOB (breathing observation bubble) equipment and diving procedures on the mother vessel before any dive is initiated. A master diver will accompany all dives, which are about 15 to 18 minutes long and 18 to 22 feet deep. This tour also offers swimming and snorkeling opportunities. After all dives have been completed, you will return to the pier and then to Waikiki.
