Wake Maui
Captain Ryan Hickey is originally from the lakes of Montana and when we moved to Maui he brought his favorite hobby of wakeboarding along with him. Captain Ryan formed Wake Maui shortly after he arrived on the island. He uses a twenty-three foot Ski Supreme V232 boat that has over one thousand pounds of additional ballast to magnify the size of the wake. There are a variety of packages available that are suitable for beginner through advanced level riders. Typically the mornings are more suitable for beginners with calm waters and less wind then you will generally find in the afternoon. When the chop kicks up in the afternoon it really puts a twist the flat water sport of wakeboarding. With the additional chop on the water the rider can turn and jump over much more then just the wake and it makes for a much less predictable experience which most advanced riders will enjoy. All of the equipment you will need to wakeboard will be provided. All you need to do is show up with your bathing suit, some sunscreen and be ready to have some fun.
