Wailea's Finest Luau is held at the Wailea Marriot on the southern side of the island. The show is called "Hona'ulu", in this show the ancient Hawaiian Luau tradition is brought forward to the present time as the Wailea Marriott Resort recreates this fun filled family and social event. You will have a large luau buffet that has all the traditional luau foods including: Kalua Pig, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Teriyaki Strip Steaks, Chicken Long Rice and more. After everyone has made their way through the buffet the show will commence. The Polynesian show will have different segments that highlight the traditional dances from various parts of the pacific including, Tahiti, Tonga, Samoa, New Zealand and more.…

Luau - Wailea's Finest Luau Vendor: Wailea's Finest Luau Product: Luau Description: 5:30pm as the village comes to life with Hawaiian games, lei making, crafts and tattoo's you will witness Hawaii of yesterday. Audience participation is encouraged. Lovely Hula Dancers entertain with traditional dances. 6:00pm Lighting the torches and the sound of the conch shell invites you to experience a traditional hawaiian full buffet style dinner offering a variety of Hawaiian favorites including Imu Baked Kalua Pig, Sauteed Island Fish, Grilled Teriyaki Steak, Shoyu Chicken, Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes with Coconut Milk and Honey, Hawaiian Fried Rice, Stir Fry Vegetables, Poi and Taro Rolls. The always inspiring dessert buffet offers Haupia, Macadamia Nut Cake, Coconut Macaroons, Coconut Cream Cake, Chocolate Key Lime Cake, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Strawberry Cream Cake, Chocolate Brownies and Fresh Tropical Fruit Salad 7:00pm La'amaikahiki and Moikeha who first came to this place we call Maui. Pele paving the way with her lava so there would be more land sufficient for the Hawaiian people, Lilinoe, the Goddess of the Mist, Kananaka the Mermaid of Maui, Naulu the goddess of the clouds and her lover Kanaloa, These stories combined create an exciting evening of traditional chant and hula bringing the history of Maui to life. 8:00pm Members of the audience are then called forward to show off their own hula talents.
