Good morning. I have "been gonna" write to you for several weeks now and I haven't done it, so here I am. I can not begin to thank you for all of your help and assistance in setting up all the activities for our family when we came to Maui in June. Everything you set up went smoothly and everyone had such a wonderful time. With 14 of us going it could have been a disaster had things not been handled correctly. We all appreciate everything you did. It was especially nice that I could relax and enjoy myself too because I didn't have to worry about all the reservations not being handled correctly. It was wonderful.

"KOLOLIO" the rich and colorful history of Hawaii highlighting the island of Maui is presented by the talented cast of Tihati as a living portrait set against the majestic mountain range of Waikapu. Legends, folklore and history are presented in authentic oli (chant), na mele (songs) and hula (dance). Hawaii's Polynesian cousins who have etched their unique historical place in Hawaii's history are presented in this portrait of culture and life. 5:30pm Welcome, Hawaiian Music and Photo Opportunity Maui Tropical Plantation Tram Tour Lagoon Canoe Procession and Torch Lighting - Imu Unearthing Village Welcome (Traditional welcome into the village) Hawaiian Crafts and Games Open Bar (2 hours including draft beer, house wine, well pours and soda) Eat Til you're Satisfied Hawaiian Luau Tihati's "Kololio" Ho'ike (Show) Na Mea 'Ai (dinner menu) 'Ai (fruits and vegetables) Waikapu Fresh Fruit Slices, 'Uala (Hawaiian Sweet Potato), Laiki (Steamed Rice), Poi, Plantation Tossed Greens, Potato Salad, Stir Fried Vegetables.
