Scuba Shack
Scuba Shack is a full service dive shop located in South Maui that also runs a full complement of diving options and dive tours. Scuba Shacks’ state of the art, custom built Maui dive boat with twin turbo diesel engines and Jet (no props) drives speeds divers to Molokini, Makena as well as other dive spots further to the south on its morning adventures. Introductory dives are also available and Scuba Shack is one of the very few companies that offers a two-tank intro boat dive and snorkelers are welcome to come along for the fun. "What's The Scoop" is a thirty-eight foot Aluminum, Custom Dive Boat. The boat is equipped with a large dive platform, oversized boarding ladders and warm water showers. It can accommodate a maximum of twelve divers. Scuba Shack departs from the Kihei Boat Ramp. South Maui has some of the clearest water that can be found anywhere on the planet, the excellent visibility makes it much easier to feel comfortable because you will rarely loose vision of the surface. | Description: Snorkel Molokini Crater and then experience a 30-40 foot dive with the green sea turtles. Must have been diving within the last 2 weeks or complete a pool lesson prior to trip. (Pool lesson can be done at the Grand Wailea at 10:15am or 1:15pm prior to dive trip. There is a $25.00 charge to be paid direct to the Grand Wailea.
