WAILEA SUNSET LUAU The Maui luau buffet will begin following the Imu Ceremony where the pig is brought out of the Imu after roasting all day. The luau buffet will include a variety of Salads and Fresh Fruit, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Poi, Kalua Pig, Fresh Grilled Fish with Papaya Salsa, Huli-Huli Chicken, Char-Broiled Teriyaki Steaks, Portuguese Sweet Bread, Taro Rolls, Baked Molokai Sweet Potatoes and Hawaiian Fried Rice. The dessert selection will include Haupia, Guava Chiffon Cake, Banana Cake with Chocolate Frosting, Chocolate Macadamia Nut Tarts, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake and Coconut Cream Pie. A standard open bar which will also offer Mai Tais and Chi Chis will be available for 2 hours The Polynesian Show will feature traditional Hawaiian Hula, Tahitian Drums and dancing, dancers from Fiji and a Samoan fire-knife dance finale The Luau Gardens, oceanfront at the Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort.
