Reef Dancer
A great way to view the shallow reef is on the glass-bottom boat, Reef Dancer. The shallow area of the ocean (less then fifteen feet deep) actually has more marine life than any other part of the ocean. You'll have a great time viewing the coral formations, reef fish, eels, turtles or whatever else may show up on your glass-bottom tour. There is an onboard naturalist that will narrate throughout. In addition to the naturalist there will also be a SCUBA diver in the water that will collect various specimens off of the reef and bring them right up next to the windows so everyone can see them more closely. The naturalist will explain what the different specimens are as well as how they fit into the underwater environment. The Reef Dancer is a great activity for children.…
