Proflyght Hawaii
One of the most unique experiences you could have on your Maui vacation is to go paragliding with the guides of Proflyte Hawaii. There is no experience necessary because all the flights are flown in tandem with the instructor who is in operation of all of the controls. The passenger is harnessed in front of the instructor and all of the rigging leaving them with unobstructed views in all directions. Paragliders have a reputation for being the closest thing there is to simulate flying like a bird. I would have to agree with this because of the lack of motors on the paraglider it is completely quiet. It is so quiet in fact that when I went I was able to carry on a conversation with another instructor and student who were flying near us without even having to raise my voice.
