Molokai Outdoors is an adventure company on Molokai that will provide you with van tours of the island or kayak tours off Molokai's incredible coastlines. The van tours can arrange for pick-up at the harbor or airport or at your hotel and they will take you to all the major points of interest on the topside of Molokai. The kayak tours are for moderate or advanced kayakers and take you along Molokai's reef coast on its south side. | Description: Kayak 6 miles of Molokai"s pristine reef as the trades gently blow you down from the East End of Molokai to Kamalo. Do some kayak surfing inside the reef, waves permitting. The kayaking can be done for intermediate to advance paddlers. Tour is inside the reef, tide permitting. Customer needs to bring towel, sunscreen and reef boots. Tour is 2-3 hours depending on weather conditions.*

| Description: YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THIS TRIP - Take a scenic air tour from Maui arriving on topside Molokai where your knowledgeable guide will be waiting to take you to the peninsula of Kalaupapa. The shuttle is another 15 minutes, where a short safety briefing will be conducted and what to expect on the trail. The trail is approximately 2.9 miles one way but feels more like a good dowhhill 5 mile hike. The descent is almost 1700 feet and strain is emphasized on the knees and ankles. Once in the settlement, which can take from 1.5hrs to 2.5 hours. There is a time limit and you MUST be in the settlement no later than 10.00am. Stop off at several view spots on the way down to take pictures. Your guide will check everyone on to the Damien Tour Bus which will take you through the new settlement with the sites of St Frances Church, Mother Marianne's gravesite and the Visitor Center. Damien Tours then takes you to the old settlement that Father Damien founded. Here you can visit St Philomena's Church, which Father Damien built. You can also walk to Siloama Protestant Church, the first church built in Kalawao. Enjoy your lunch at Kalawao and soak in the beauty of the North Shore of Molokai. After lunch the bus will take your group back to the airport for your scenic return flight.
