Mike Severns Scuba Diving is perhaps the most heavily steeped in academia of all the Maui dive companies. Mike Severns Scuba Diving is owned and operated by Pauline Fiene, who has a degree in biology from St. Olaf College. She is the co-author of several diving books including “Molokini - Hawaiis Island Marine Sanctuary”. She has studied Hawaiian marine life for over fifteen years and has personally discovered and cataloged several new species of marine life. The Mike Severns Scuba Diving approach is to try and make each dive as fun as possible. The guides try to make each dive as relaxing, intellectually stimulating and spiritually fulfilling as possible. Specializes in taking small groups on educational, personalized dives to the richest sites on Maui, as well as the backside of Molokini, a 300 foot deep volcanic wall, Hawaii"s finest wall dive and beyond La Perouse Bay.
