Makena Coast Charters is a small, exciting Maui dive company that operates SCUBA diving tours to Molokini and the Makena Coast. The owners of Makena Coast Charters, Steve and Eve Hogan, are a colorful couple and very people oriented. Steve, the company founder, is also a captain, dive instructor as well as an award winning cinematographer. Eve is an author with two stories in the “Chicken Soup for the Ocean Lovers Soul”. Aside from their dive tours, Makena Coast Divers also offers underwater videography services and weddings at sea. The "Makena Mele" is a spacious thirty-five foot Force Marine Boat that can accommodate twelve divers (led in small groups of seven) or up to twenty snorkelers. There is also an enclosed cabin for getting out of the wind and sun. Makena Coast Charters continues to provide a first-class experience for certified divers, introductory divers and snorkelers.
