Description:This lesson will cover the finer aspects of posture, balance, fitness and safety. Lesson will include a beach lesson and introduction, followed by a water lesson and then a post workout stretch. All lessons are held at Maluaka Beach in Makena. All instructors are experienced paddler/surfer, and are CPR, First Aid and Life Guard Certified. *
Operates:Daily at 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am
Departure Point:Check in 10 minutes prior at Makena Beach Activities Beach Shack - lessons are at Maluaka Beach in Makena.
Duration:1 hour
Equipment:Life Jackets, Surf Board and Paddle
Capacity:4 per lesson (larger groups can be accommodated with prior notice)
Inclusions:Instructor, paddle and board. Complimentary shuttle service within the Wailea/Makena area.
Menu: N/A
Exclusions:Recommend using sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Wear beach attire, clothing that can get wet and bring a towel.
*Restrictions: 48 Hour Cancellation Policy - Groups of 4 or more require a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy. Children must be 10 years and older, 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No pregnant women and no more than 220lbs. All tours are subject to change due to weather conditions.
