Maui has the best luaus you will find in Hawaii!
It's lucky that you're thinking about doing your Hawaiian luau on the island of Maui. Maui is generally considered to be the island that has the very best luaus. In fact some of the luaus we have here are so popular that during the busier months they are often totally booked for weeks in advance. The luaus here are also not as large as you normally find on the other islands. In fact some of the better luaus will only have a maximum of less than two-hundred people. The luaus on Maui are essentially divided into two different categories. Luaus that deal exclusively with the Hawaiian culture, and luaus that deal with Hawaiian but also other cultures of the Polynesian islands. These polynesian shows will often include acts from areas such as Fiji, Samoa, Tahiti, Tonga and New Zealand. Luaus are particularly exciting for children and the colorful pageantry and continuous excitement make the luau the ultimate Hawaiian activity. We recommend spending at least one night of your vacation attending one of Maui's precious Luau feasts.
Feast at Lele The Feast At Lele is situated along the beach in historic Lahaina Town. The sunset over the channel will provide a dynamic backdrop to the show. Guests are greeted with a fresh flower lei and a Mai Tai upon check in. A sit down, five course dinner featuring cuisine of Hawaii, New Zealand, Tahiti, Samoa and Dessert as well as a premium open bar are included throughout the evening. Each course is accompanied by the corresponding Polynesian entertainment from each island. The Feast at Lele Luau combines modern interpretations of the traditional song, dance and cuisine of four Pacific Islands into one unforgettable evening.

If you're coming to the islands for a visit this is a must book early (before your arrival). Although the seating is excellent from any vantage point if you want to sit closer to the stage, or even sit traditional style with legs folded and near the front, your seat placement is dependent upon the date it was booked so this is an important to book this activity as far ahead of time as possible.
