The Lahaina Cruise Company has always been a prominent player in providing ocean activates to guests visiting Maui. Their base of operations is from Lahaina Harbor and from this hub they provide a number of excellent choices of tours ranging from dinner cruises and cocktail cruises to Molokini snorkels, whale watches and their famous daily ferry service between Maui and Molokai. The company's owner, David Jung, a well known and respected boatman in Maui waters realized the potential of such a ferry service between islands many years ago when he visited islands in the South Pacific and experienced their ferry transportation between islands. He came back to Maui with a commitment to provide this option in the form of a service between Maui and Molokai and now it has been operational for decades. David's boats have a reputation of being large, stable and comfortable and the Lahaina Cruise Company is truly one of the cornerstones to be found in the boating industry on the island.

Description: Kalaupapa Hike In and Out (extreme) must be physically fit to handle the hike back up topside. Cruise aboard Princess Yachts to Kaunakakai, Molokai. Enjoy a Continental Breakfast and beverages along the way. Shuttle to Kalae Trailhead for a guided hike down Molokai's incredible sea cliffs to Kalaupapa. Tour the settlement with Damien Tours. Lunch, your choice of Ham, Turkey or Veggie sandwiches and beverage at Kalawao, near Father Damien's Church. Hike out to topside Molokai to your return shuttle to Kaunakakai Harbor and return ferry to Maui. Please note: due to time this is not the full tour of the settlement!*

*Restrictions: Must be 16 years and older for this tour, be physically fit (hike compared to walking 160 floors with 26 switchbacks) hike has a 1,600 foot Sea Cliff descent on a 2.9 mile trail, (average hiking time is 1 hour down) need good walking/hiking shoes, light jacket, backpack, candy bar, bottled water and sunscreen.

I can not begin to thank you for all of your help and assistance in setting up all the activities for our family when we came to Maui in June.
