Hyatt Regency Luau
One of the most popular luaus available of Maui is at the Hyatt in Kaanapali. This luau is popular with the many visitors that stay at the Kaanapali resort and has been a Maui favorite for many years. All the traditional luau foods are prepared for the big feast in the evenings and the Kalua Pork is prepared in the underground oven or "imu" on the morning prior to the evening event. The various cultures of the Pacific Rim will be represented on stage for the show and will include dancing and song from the peoples of Tahiti, Samoa, New Zealand and Hawaii.
