Hyatt Regency Luau
The Hyatt Luau is set on the southern end of Kaanapali Beach on the grounds of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The evening will start out with Mai Tais and photographs as you come through the line into the luau grounds. From here you will be seated before being called to the Luau buffet to pile your plate high with such foods as Kalua Pig, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Huli Huli Chicken, Poi, Teriyaki Chicken Haupia Coconut Pudding and more. After the buffet has been served the Polynesian show will begin. You’ll see dances and chants from such places as Tonga, Samoa, Tahiti, New Zealand and of course Hawaii.
