Cirque Polynesia
The Cirque is a masterful blend of contemporary entertainment artistry and unparalleled human ability combining the influence of Polynesia with the mystery and drama of the modern day Cirque. It's an experience for both young and old that cannot be missed. The show's original music score features Diane Salonga Rubio, a classically-trained cellist, flute, ukulele and strings musician; and Dan Cruces who performs on keyboards, drums, electric percussion and the trumpet. While the tribe celebrates with the songs and dances of South Pacific, the mesmerizing beat of the Warrior's drum booming into the night draws the mysterious Cirque people from the darkness, to join them at their mele for a once in a lifetime affair that changes their lives forever.
Features an ensemble of internationally acclaimed cirque performers. Contortionist, aerial acrobats, masters of balance, aerial illusionists, quick-change transformations are superbly complimented with an outdoor stage setting and state-of-the-art lighting. Plus, "The Wheel of Death" a 33 foot aerial new act.
Departure Point: Located at the Hyatt Regency Maui in Kaanapali. Follow the torchlit walking path from the front entrance for check in a the new Maui Moon Theatre.
