Kauai has many unique tours and activities that are often found nowhere else in the world.
The word unique means one of a kind. In all fairness, some of the tours listed on this page would actually be considered unusual, as there are similar tours (but not many) found elsewhere. But from our perspective this category of tours is "special" because the tours found here are "different". Also, because they are so different, we don't really have a good category of activities to place some of them in unless we put them in a category of their own. Some activities shown here are found in other categories but still qualify as different enough to warrant another mention.

Kauai Backcountry Tubing Adventure One of the most unusual if not unique tours available on Kauai is the Kauai Backcountry Tubing. Essentially what Kauai Backcountry Tubing does is to have participants float on an inner tube down a system of irrigation flumes. These flumes are perhaps ten feet or so wide and fill up with about three feet or so of water.
