NaPali Catamarans are pleased to offer you adventurous, narrated NaPali Coast snorkel excursions. The office is located in Hanalei right off Highway 56 next to the local Post Office. You check in at the BIG green building, then you are shuttled 3 blocks to Hanalei Bay where you are then boarded on an 8 passenger Outrigger Canoe, this will transport you to Kame Hele Kai a 34 foot powered catamaran for your adventure. This catamaran is big enough for comfort but small enough to maybe go into a couple of the sea caves (ocean conditions permitting). …
| Description: Travel down the historic NaPali Coast for 1.5 hours of narrtion and picture taking. Learn about the history of the NaPali cliffs, see dolphins and flying fish... you may also see goats on the cliff sides. If ocean conditions permit, enter the caverns along the way. There will be an hour stop at the famous hole Nua Lolo Kai for snorkeling, where the water can get from 10 to 30 feet deep in some areas. All snorkel equipment and flotation devices, to include noodles and looky boogie boards, are available. While your're snorkeling the crew will prepare your lunch: sliced pineapple, chips, cookies, drinks and a sandwich. After lunch be ready to put all your items in the dry bag that was provided to you at check in and hold on for an exhilirating, maybe wet and bumpy ride - the ocean can get a little crazy for your return home, as you go against the currents and trade winds.
Departure Point: Hanalei Bay - board an 8 passenger Outrigger Canoe transport to the Catamaran.
Operates: Daily, 7:30 to 11:30am from May- times vary with season.
