As you well know, most of your visitors (whether they are visiting the islands for the first time, or if they come annually) will usually participate in one or more activities during their visit. According to the Hawaii Visitors Bureau more than 80% of all visitors to the islands enjoy at least one activity of some kind during their stay.
The crux of our program is this.......... We will create a special web site for you identical to the Tom Barefoot's Tours website you are on now, with the difference being that the new site will have its own special URL web address unique to you for you to send your clients to. It will also have a unique phone number on every page that is a 'one of a kind' phone number assigned only to you. In addition, on every page of the site you will find a special four digit 'Promo Code' that will identify you as the affiliate on this site. The whole purpose is for you to easily be able to direct a client to the vast activity and tour resources of this powerful site and at the same time be easily identified as the source for any activity bookings coming from the site and be issued commissions for clients you refer here!
Clients who come to your new unique website will be able to make reservations from our inventory of close to 2000 activities which are spread over all the major islands in the state of Hawaii. When you sign up for our Promo Code Program any visitors you direct to the site will see your Promo Code displayed in the margins of every page of the site and in addition will be able to ring through to our office on the unique phone number assigned to you on each and every page. Clients can contact us via phone, quick question form, or place an order for an activity directly from the site and you will receive credit. If they phone, your affiliate name and 'Promo Code' will show up on our call screener's monitor even before the phone is answered. If they contact us via a contact form on the site your 'Promo Code' will be prominently displayed when we receive it If orders are placed directly from the site, your code will be automatically embedded on the order. Any way clients contact us, you will be credited for any sales.
The Tom Barefoot's Tours partnership program is fully supported; we have a full time staff of programmers who constantly keep it updated to be in compliance with the latest browser versions and online security requirements. Once a month you will receive a check in the mail for the previous month's completed activities along with an accounting of the clients name, the activities they did and the total amount of commissions due to you. (Here's a sample of what your monthly accounting statement will look like). By clicking here on our Commission List you will see the amount of money you will earn for each activity that your clients book. You can also see a sample of the statistics form we will send you once a month to show how many clients are showing up at your unique web site and how many phone calls were made to us from your unique telephone number.
To make it easier for your clients to find your unique web site we will provide you with some additional tools you can use (See '4 Ways to Generate More Business). If you will find them useful we can provide you with a small, tasteful and attractive 4"x 6" 'table tent' you could place in the units for your clients to see (click here to see sample table tent). We can also provide you with an initial stack of 500 business cards you can pass out to clients who are interested in activities (click here to see a sample business card). There are also important ways you can generate commissions from clients before they arrive in the islands. If you have your own website you can add a link. If you simply have a rental listing on VRBO you could place a link on your VRBO rental page. You can also connect your clients to your special URL (web address) in your confirmation letter to them so they have the opportunity to get more information before arriving to Hawaii.
To sign up for this program simply fill out our Easy Sign-Up Form. Once you do, our administration office will contact you with all of your account information (promotional code, web address, unique phone number etc). Depending upon what works best for you we will also be happy to provide you with table tents as well as promotional business cards to hand out to your clients or include in their check-in packet.
