KOHALA KAYAK is family owned and operated; it offers an exciting and fun filled snorkel eco-encounter. Tours include double kayaks (sit on top plastic open cockpit kayaks with full rudder controls), all necessary equipment (paddles, back rest, paddle leash, life vest) snorkel gear, (mask, snorkel, fins, buoyant snorkel swim vests) plastic fish identification cards with wrist straps to take in the water. Equipment and tour orientation by your certified lifeguard tour guide. Bottle water, cooler with chilled beverages and snacks. Tours are weather permitting and snorkel spots subject to ocean conditions. Custom and company tours available. Departs from Kaiwaihae or Puako Small Boat Ramp
ACTIVITY
KAYAK and SNORKEL TOUR - fun filled 3.5 hour guided kayak trip along the South Kohala Coastline. Discover the coral gardens of Puako Reef a marine sanctuary, where green sea turtles feed among multicolored fish. A great family activity with 2 different snorkel spots. Dolphins and whales in season (January-March) Includes healthy snacks, cold beverages and snorkel gear. DAILY: Check in 8:30am
