ATV OUTFITTERS HAWAII features fully automatic QUADS. All ATV riders must be at least 16 years old and weigh at least 90 lbs. but no more than 300 lbs. Under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and MUST HAVE A VALID ID WITH DATE OF BIRTH, NO EXCEPTIONS !! NO Pregnant women as well as those who have had recent surgery or have back problems allowed. This is a safety issue. Long pants and close toed shoes are MANDATORY. There is a limited shoe and clothes rental available for $5.00. Helmets, goggles and gloves provided. Fruit juice, ice tea, and bottled water are included. RULES: All riders must pass the safety course. Tours are incredibly scenic and historical, this is NOT a wild ride.
ACTIVITY
Historical Ocean Cliff Trail 1 1/2 hour tour. See the hidden Hawaii on All-Terrain Vehicles. Cruise towering ocean cliffs before touching the ocean at a remote private pebbled beach. Your guides will explain the culture and rich history of the area throughout your adventure. Monday-Saturday 8:45am-10:15am or 1:15pm-2:45pm

15 Mile Waterfall Adventure Traverse through brisk mountain streams; enter a rainforest filled with native Hawaiian trees and canopies of ferns and flowers before discovering a private secluded waterfall. Your guide will paint a historical picture of the rich culture in the area. A visual rush of panoramic collages makes this a driving experience to remember. Monday-Saturday 8:15-10:15am or 12:45-2:45pm

22 Mile Deluxe Tour Ride along the beautiful Kohala Coast, cruising on top of 200 foot majestic ocean cliff sides. Continue your journey to a private and secluded bay (once private property of King Kamehameha) where there is a bird's eye view of a 1930's lighthouse. Native Hawaiian guides share genuine history and let you enjoy the special beauty. Next you travel high into the mountains through a cool eucalyptus rainforest and brisk mountain streams. You will then make your way up to a 2,000 foot elevation of the oldest volcano of the Big Island and stop at two waterfalls, one of which you take a short 5 minute walk to the foot of a private exclusive waterfall. Fruit juice, ice tea, and bottled water are included. 3 hours for 2-10 riders per tour. Children between the ages of 6 and 15 will be passengers with professionally trained guides on the "Scenery Machinery" a specially equipped vehicle that is driven by a guide, on availability only. Monday-Saturday 8:00am to 11:00am

NEW BUGGY RIDES - All Terrain Buggy Tours, on a well designed 6.5 mile, 1 hour and 15 minute course along majestic ocean bluffs with breathtaking views. Double and Single passenger buggy's are available, a wonderful way to accommodate families with small children. These fun Off-Road Karts offer many safety features, such as 3 point seat belts, state of the art roll cage and low center of gravity for safe travel. Professional Guides are 4th and 5th generation natives of the community. They are well versed and share the history and culture with every tour. Includes refreshments, bottled water and fruit juice. RESTRICTIONS: Must be at least 14 years old to drive - Shoes that cover the whole foot required Wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty - Some height & weight restrictions apply Passengers 7-13 years old must ride with an adult. Monday-Saturday: check in times are 7:15am, 10:00am and 1:30pm
