Certainly one of the most interesting, fun, adventurous, exciting and educational activity experiences for children on the Big Island would be the submarine rides on the Atlantis Submarine. Atlantis Submarine will take you down to depths of about one-hundred feet for perhaps forty-five minutes to view a twenty-five acre natural coral reef with tons of marine life off the Big Island coastline. Children will learn more about the ocean environment on this experiential adventure than they would in a week in the classroom.
