Snow skiing is to snowboarding as water skiing is to wakeboarding. Wakeboarding is totally "off the charts" fun and if you have the inclination you should give it a try. The best conditions to wake board in my opinion are in the morning hours when the ocean is as smooth as silk but others (like my son Jake) would probably vote for a more adventurous ride over the ocean bumps (think moguls) that are more likely to appear as the trade winds fill in during the late morning and afternoon hours. Well it's up to you. You can pick your own ski slope.
