Located on the slopes of Haleakala at about the thirty-five hundred feet above sea level, Skyline offers a series of zip-lines that jump over progressively larger gorges and canyons. It’s a good thing that the lines progressively step up from smaller to larger lines because once you’ve already had experience on the first three by the time you get to the fourth jump because you probably wouldn’t do it otherwise. | Description: Imagine yourself soaring over gulches and through the trees along the slopes of one of the world"s largest volcanoes. An adventure that blends a short 1/2 mile hiking experience with five picturesque Zipline crossings. The specially trained staff will outfit you with a customized seat harness and equipment before leading you into the woods in beautiful upcountry Maui, then gets your heart-pumping as you sail across each Zipline and you get a birds eye view of seasonal waterfalls and vegetation below. Departure Point: Hakeakala Ranch Outpost - Take Hwy 37 to Hwy 377 turn left on Hwy 378 (Crater Road) 2.5 miles up, look for 3 Red and White Ranch Style Buildings on the left. Important you must check in 30 minutes prior.
