| Description: Mauna Kea is home to the world's largest telescopes and has atmospheric clarity better than anywhere else on earth! Cutting edge science and new understandings of our universe are constantly flowing from the summit. Mauna Kea has something for everyone, with wonderful ice age scouring, road cuts revealing strata and a well defined Volcanic history. First stop is to the Onizuka Visitor Center at 9200 feet. At the visitor's center you may do some vigorous short climbs or watch videos on Astronomy. There are also hot drinks, snacks and a large range of Mountain and Astronomy related souvenirs and educational materials available for purchase. Following a 30 minute acclimatization stop at the VIS continue on to 13,600 feet where your guide will explain the various telescopes in view. You then ascend the last few hundred feet to the road highpoint where those in good physical condition may hike to the actual summit if conditions permit.
The summit hike and sunset are often at the same time affording spectacular views of sunset and the famous "Shadow" to the East. Following this we descend to the Visitor Center for hot drinks and bathrooms, and then go to our own Starshow location where binoculars are made available and your guide, using a high powered visible laser, leads you on a journey to major celestial objects and Polynesian navigational Stars.

| Description: Your tour will start from Kailua-Kona. Drive North through Kona's black lava desert tagged with white coral graffiti. Pass by Kawaihae Harbor where the movie Water World was filmed.
10:00 AM - There will be a 15 minute rest stop at the King Kamehameha's statue.
10:30 AM - Arrives at Pololu Valley lookout and begin descending hike down to valley floor.
11:00 AM - Arrive at Pololu Valley floor - you will have a half hour to explore the Black Sand Beach and river.
12:00 PM - Return from valley hike and a rest stop is made at the Kings View Café where you will be able to purchase lunch and refreshments. An art gallery is also near for customers to explore. This stop will be approximately 30 minutes.
1:00 PM - Enjoy an alternate route down from Kohala while descending through lush green rolling hills. A scenic look out is made to view the two largest volcanoes in the world, Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa while still atop of the extinct volcano, Kohala. As you drive the climate changes with the scenery to dry land and cactus.
2:00 PM - Arrive at Mountain Thunder Coffee where The Dirtiest Jobs was filmed with Mike Row. Learn and see how Kona Coffee is grown and processed. Enjoy samples of fresh Kona Coffee and the Mountain Thunder Coffee Gift Shop.
3:30 PM - Return back to Kailua-Kona.

| Description: Discover the Puna Rainforest - Explore the Nanawale Rainforest and surrounding lush, tropical settings located on the Eastern Rift Zone of the most active Volcano on earth, Kilauea. This is a driving tour through the back roads of Puna, the eastern corner of the Big Island and home to Lava Trees, volcanic hot ponds, old lava tubes and other hidden treasures of the rainforest. Frequent stops are made through the entire tour for photo taking and exploring. This tour also includes: a drive through the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Orchard and stop at the Visitor's Center to sample a variety of Macadamia Nut treats. A guided walk through the Nanawale Rainforest to view the lava trees and fissures hidden in the jungle. A scenic drive along the famous coastal "Red-Road" of Kalapana and a windy country road drive through a large Mango Grove. A stop at the ocean sea cliffs of McKenzie Park. | Description: This Journey travels through the back roads of Hamakua to follow trails that lead to secret waterfalls! Walk into a lava tube created by the 1881 lava flow from Mauna Loa. Visit the towering 441 foot Akaka Falls, look through a lava tube waterfall and over Onomea Bay, explore old remnants of sugar mills and journey through a banana orchard to a long sheet block waterfall. Trek through a ginger and sweet potato farm for a short walk through an old sugar cane field for viewing a 500 foot waterfall at the back of a deep lush valley. Take a refreshing swim in the last waterfall where they filmed the movie Predator while your guide prepares your picnic lunch. This adventure is great for all ages!

| Description: Waterfall Fusion - This spectacular Land and Zip Line Combo picks up from your location of stay and travels the beautiful Hamakua Coast north of the Big Island. This beautiful drive passes through lush green rainforest and over deep gulches. Your guide then takes you to your zip line destination where you will be doing a 7 stage zip through bananna trees,sweet potato patches, waterfalls, streams, rainforest and deep valleys. The first few lines are beginner zip lines that are a few hundred feet. The zip lines then extend to 650 feet, 1300 feet and 3300 feet. The 3300 foot zip cascades over a 250 foot waterfall. Drive through old back roads of Hawaii to a private waterfall where your picnic lunch will be served.
